All Jack Rabbit properties feature an Air-Flow Design that provides a path for air to flow through each unit, keeping each space well ventilated. With the correct amount of air-flow, moisture and temperature are regulated without the need for energy-consuming HVAC systems.

Climate-controlled spaces can rent for upwards of 50% higher than non climate-controlled units. This is due in part to their higher monthly electricity usage. Our Air-Flow Design consumes no energy and we pass the cost savings directly back to you!
Our Air-Flow Design lets us build all units at ground level. This allows you to load and unload your vehicle up to 3x faster. In contrast, many of our competitors have multi-story buildings that dramatically limit your ease of access by requiring that you pass through extra doors, elevators and long hallways. Some competing facilities even require you to make a reservation to use their elevator!
Do I Need “Climate Control”?
The Myth: You need climate control to prevent damage from temperature and moisture changes. The Truth: Climate control is a marketing gimmick. It’s a way to charge you more for something that you do not need.
Think about it! Your stored goods do not require an artificial, temperature-controlled environment. Garages, for example, are usually not air-conditioned but are commonly used for household storage.
